An irrigation renovation plan for Huntington Place in Huntington Beach. In conjunction with new planting proposed for the entries at this project, the old overhead spray irrigation system needed to be updated to comply with current water conservation ordinances. Despite the lack of plans for the existing irrigation system, our past experience with design/build and field observation of system installations enabled us to cost-effectively map the existing system and prepare plans for demolition and renovation. (And a thank you to Bemus Landscape for lending manpower and equipment for tracing the irrigation wiring in order to locate and identify the existing valves.)
