Irrigation schedules are an important tool in the effort to conserve water, and are required for most irrigation plans in California. Water Right Design’s proprietary “Smart” irrigation Controller Programming Data form is where we input all the information needed to prepare irrigation schedules. Some high-end irrigation controllers now have “scheduling engines” built in, and all the data needed to program them is on this form; there is no need to manually enter days per week, cycles per day, and run time per station for each irrigation zone. While others scramble to keep up with today’s technology, Bob McHenry has been using this form for several decades, first in hand-written form and later adapted to PC’s, to compile information for irrigation scheduling software.
