A recent design for the Park at Seabridge in Oxnard. This state-of-the-art design complies with the 2015 state of California Model Water Efficient Landscape Ordinance (MWELO), and uses matched precipitation rate overhead rotors for large turf areas, large zones (up to 40 gallons-per-minute) of subsurface dripline for shrubs, and deep-root bubblers for trees. The tree bubbler zones are shaded back, and their sizing turned off, in order for the turf and shrub zones to be legible on this 20-scale plan.
